Ingredients
• 1 (567 gr) can of lychees, sliced down the middle
• 1 (420 gr) can of mango compote, diced
• 2 bananas, diced
• 2 apples, cubed
• Juice of a mandarin
• Green tea ice cream, Vitasia
• 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
Preparation
1. Chop all the fruit into cubes and put the pieces into a bowl.
2. Add the mandarin juice and stir well.
3. Serve in small bowls and add a ball of ice cream on top.
4. Sprinkle with ground sesame seeds.
