• 4 tbsp milk, Milbona
  • 1 egg white
  • Salt, Kypari
  • 125 gr (1/2 cup) flour, Rivercote
  • 2 tsp curry powder, Kania
  • 250 gr medium shrimps, cleaned, La Caldera
  • Vegetable oil for frying, Vita d’or


  1. In a bowl, combine the milk, egg and salt.
  2. Put the flour and the curry powder in another bowl.
  3. Dip the shrimps into the milk mixture and then into the curried flour.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the shrimps until they are golden and crunchy.
  5. Remove the shrimps with a slotted spoon and dry on kitchen paper.

For the cocktail sauce

  • ½ cup ketchup, Kania
  • ½ cup mayonnaise, Vita d’or
  • 1 small radish, grated
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala spices, Deluxe
  • 1-2 tsp brandy, Majestät
  • Salt, Kypari
  • Pepper, Kania


Preparation: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and combine until you have a smooth sauce.
