Ingredients for 4 portions:

For the chicken skewers

  • 1 packet chicken skewers, Tou Hasapi

For the sauce

  • ½ jar (220 gr) peanut butter, MCENNEDY
  • ½ cup coconut cream, Vitasia
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, Vitasia
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

For the garnish

  • Coriander, finely chopped

For the satay sauce:

  1. Put the peanut butter, coconut cream, soy sauce and lemon zest in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir the mixture over a medium heat until it is homogenous.
  3. Separate into 2 portions.


For the chicken skewers

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Brush the skewers with one portion of the satay sauce.
  3. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the chicken skewers on it.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with coriander.

Serve with the remaining satay sauce.
