Ingredients
- 4 tbsp milk, Milbona
- 1 egg white
- Salt, Kypari
- 125 gr (1/2 cup) flour, Rivercote
- 2 tsp curry powder, Kania
- 250 gr medium shrimps, cleaned, La Caldera
- Vegetable oil for frying, Vita d’or
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the milk, egg and salt.
- Put the flour and the curry powder in another bowl.
- Dip the shrimps into the milk mixture and then into the curried flour.
- Heat the vegetable oil and fry the shrimps until they are golden and crunchy.
- Remove the shrimps with a slotted spoon and dry on kitchen paper.
For the cocktail sauce
- ½ cup ketchup, Kania
- ½ cup mayonnaise, Vita d’or
- 1 small radish, grated
- 1 tsp Garam Masala spices, Deluxe
- 1-2 tsp brandy, Majestät
- Salt, Kypari
- Pepper, Kania
Preparation: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and combine until you have a smooth sauce.
