Ingredients (Serves 8)
- 300 gr. dried egg noodles, Vitasia
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil Vitasia
- 600 gr. chicken breast, cut in narrow strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce Vitasia
- 1 tsp chili sauce Kania (optional)
- 2 tbsp corn flour, Rivercote
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil Vita D’or
- 2 red peppers, cut in thin slices
- 300 gr. broccoli, boiled and cut into small pieces Green Grocer’s
- 2 large fresh onions, cut in strips, lengthwise
- 4 tbsp soy sauce Vitasia
- Freshly ground black pepper, Kania
Method:
- Boil the pasta in a saucepan with hot water for 2-3 minutes until they are al dente or heat the egg noodles as per the instructions on the packet.
- Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Sprinkle some oil and stir well so they don’t stick.
- Heat the soy, chili and ginger. Then sprinkle the corn flour.
- Heat a wok and add the oil. Then add the chicken and sauté until it is well cooked.
- Add the red pepper and the onion and sauté for one minute.
- Then add the broccoli and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir the noodles, add the soy sauce and the freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
