Ingredients for 10 cheesecakes

  • 10 Neo cocoa biscuits (2 packets), with a chocolate filling
  • 200 gr cream cheese, Linessa
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar, Belbake
  • 4 tbsp cream, Milbona


For the garnish

  • Frozen berries, Green Grocer’s
  • Chocolate flakes, Belbake
  • Orange zest
  • Mint


  1. In a bowl combine the cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla until you have a creamy mixture.
  2. Put the mixture into a piping bag to which you have attached a nozzle.
  3. Put the biscuits on a tray and decorate them with the cream using the piping bag.
  4. Garnish with the chocolate and top off with a berry, orange zest and mint.
