• 800 gr. Tortilla chips El Tequito
• 600 gr. Grated cheddar cheese Valley Spire
• 200 gr. Feta cheese crumbled
• Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish

- 4 ripe tomatoes, cut in small cubes (with so seeds)

- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, finely chopped
- Juice of a small lemon
- 2 tbsp fineled chopped coriander
- 1 tsp salt
Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tsp sour cream or stained yoghurt, PROMEL
- Juice of one lime
- 4 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- ½ tsp cumin powder, Kania
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 chili, finely chopped (optional)
Sour cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup strained yoghurt, PROMEL
- Juice, half a lime
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil, Αrchaika
- Salt, pepper, Κypari
Μethod for preparing nachos
Preheat oven at 75 °C. Brush 2 large serving platters (you can cover a baking tray with greaseproof paper to cook the nachos, then place them on a plate, removing the paper at the same time)
Divide the nachos into two platters and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place them in the preheated oven till the cheese melts
- Take them out of the oven and serve with sauces on the side
